Daitezen Workout 1

What looks like a gym is shown, weights and running machines sit idle. The lights are off, with only a little ambient light coming through the windows. Grunting and sounds of impact come from the corner of the room. Looking closer we see Daitezen, focused and oblivious to what is going on around him, going to work on a punching bag. It is difficult to tell in the light, but it looks like Daitezen is sweating furiously, striking the bag with great force, with punches and elbow strikes. Moving closer, it's possible to make out that Daitezen is talking to himself, under his breath

Daitezen: *whilst punching* Right, right, left, block. Grapple. Focus, it has to be better, it has to be hit right.

Daitezen repeats his combination, muttering under his breath as he goes. Obviously frustrated, he steps back for a moment.

Have to get this right. Have to get this right. Need to get better, not going to let them win, have to focus, have to get this right.

Daitezen repeats his combination, faster this time.

Right, right, left, block. Grapple. Right, right, left, block. Grapple. Right right left block grapple. Right right left block grapple. RRRGH!

Daitezen shouts in frustration, and starts to headbutt the punching bag repetedly. Stepping away, he pulls back his sleeve to reveal bandages wrapped around his forearm, under which blood seems to be coming through. He squeezes it hard, digging his fingers in to the arm

Daitezen: Use it Dai, feel it. This is yours, your gift to yourself. The pain they give is temporary, your own is permanent. They can't take this, they can't beat this. It wont beat you, pain wont beat you. It wont beat you. It wont beat you.

Daitezen steps back, looking as if he is going to try his combination again. He pushes the punching bag away, steps back, it swings back towards him and... whoa! A diving headbutt into the punching bag, executing a devastating Return of the Mach, tearing the punching bag from the ceiling. Daitezen steps back laughing

Daitezen: I guess that'll work too!

Daitezen seems to become aware of his surroundings. Turning, he notices finally the camera that has been on him

Daitezen: *shouting* Go away! This is mine, go away, this is mine!

Daitezen steps towards the camera, with the cameraman walking backwards, obviously frightened. Daitezen grabs the camera, and hits it with a powerful headbutt, executing a powerful Masochead Montage. Tossing it to the ground, we catch a glimpse of blood starting to run down Daitezen's face, as he walks towards the exit of the gym
